Major HR work involved. Do know what I want and company needs. Try to have most of the basic structure worked out in the next couple of weeks. Will then move into stage two.

Finished the weekly meeting less than an hour, lot ogle HR tasks this week.

Had a long company meeting with the full team. Told them a few tough messages, and I guess the toughest one was the 20/70/10 approach. Some of them will worry whether they are the bottom 10 who will need to go.

While I am preparing for the friday company meeting, the AMR Club members are setting up the karoke system. Work hard, play hard, that’s the type I like.

After spending much effort on developing the people, I now have pretty good idea who will be the core team members and who will be out. Better spend time to speed up the good ones than waste time on pushing the under perform group. No matter what businesses I am in, the core team will be able to contribute.

Not sure whether I got 20 things done, at least clear part of the backlog. Still need to figure out how to deliver this half a day HR training on Friday.

Going to meet the supplier this morning. Critical project which I must secure, whatever it takes.

Have been spending the past 90 mins on emails and a proposal. Starbucks is always a great temp office while travelling.
