Went to another shop of this small hot pot chain and saw the manager who was a small waitress at the other shop (the one I always go). She was a hard working individual when she was a waitress, and she is now the manager. Have seen many examples like this at GL Cafe. Most of GL managers have worked there for many years and they all started as trainees. I always believe this is one key element to build a strong company, people development. And that’s my most important task in Beijing.
