Have been crazy for the past few days. Have not got the mood and time to post anything. Will not be a holiday for me, still got too many things to do next week. Honestly, I want this holiday, not for me, do want the team to have a break, they have been working so hard to deliver the targets.

Have much to go thru today. Besides the audio and trading items, also need to discuss the time allocation in the coming months.

We are going to have the monthly event soon. Not sure what the team has prepared for tonight. But one thing for sure, I am not going to have more than one bottle of beer.

Beginning of our weekly call, not sure how long it will take.

Small office, home office. Need to trace money, follow up on the support cases, issue the orders to the production, prepare for the factory visits, close the new projects.

Just had the weekly meeting with the team using Skype. Would love to have better sound quality, but we still managed it alright.

Finished all the emails just now. Need to leave some long and complicated ones for tomorrow. Talked to my colleague and everything is set for the show. Look forward to doing the show this year.

Took us two hours, went through 38 things or something.

Did buffet + KTV today, and I think the team likes the BBQ more. Next quarterly event will be even more challenging, since we need to do a 2 days event. I want to make this a big one, and the major tasks now is to bring in a lot of orders.
