Time for weekly conference call.

Beginning of the weekly conference call.

Just finished the weekly meeting with the team, instead of a face to face meeting, we can only do that using Skype now. Will try to give them more support by talking to them more.

Always believe that HR is the most important department in a company. Have spent months to work with the team, clean up the bad blood, setup systems and processes, and conduct one on one training sessions. Honestly, I feel very comfortable even though I am not with them most of the time now. And just feel great when seeing how much they have gained and improved. With whatever reasons, some good people may still need to leave. Hate to see that, but that’s how business works, I tell myself.

Just finished the weekly TC and we went through some very heavy topics. Will meet the team tomorrow and get the latest updates. Will have another round of serious discussion tomorrow.

Back in the office, got last week meeting minutes, dropping down the points we need to discuss. A few more of this today. An AMR day.

Have not felt like a holiday at all. Actually, it has been a lot more work than the normal week. Look forward to seeing the team next Monday.
