Don’t even bother to visit Youtube in China, the speed is extremely slow. Similar here now in HK, the speed to some China sites is not acceptable at all.

Have been back for a couple of days, I have used Facebook a lot more. Still Weibo for sure. Guess I should turn on the VPN more often when I am back.

Just finished the conference call with the Indian team. We will focus heavily on launching the new site. With the same technology, will need to build another shopping site for one of our projects.

Have used Google Chrome for a couple of days, and honestly, I like it very much. Clean interface and it seems faster, too.

After changing the theme, Firefox does not show all the features but Chrome does. Have heard Chrome for a long time, I guess it is time to try it out.

Got latest WhatsApp installed on my Nokia. Also got latest Weibo clients on both my Nokia and iTouch.

Just got the latest version installed. It has the translation function where my English messages can be translated to Chinese on the spot. Quick tool, easier for me to talk to people now.

After some initial tests, the download speed seems to be faster. Will try to browse more different sites, do different things, and see whether it does have a big difference. Will be great if I can get the same response when browsing the blocked sites.

Am now using the new internet service plan. Suppose to be faster but I have not really tried yet. Should have better idea after working at home in the next few days.
