Does put people in a bad mood, especially with the stupid thing like the non-sense traffic jam.

Got three emails this morning but none in the past 2 days. When I was in IT, the whole team was under full alert when a complain call was received. Handling the case is important, but the most critical point is to learn from the case and minimize the same instance in the future. There are so many things we experience everyday, do think about those issues and the experiences will sure help in the future.

It is on HBO now. Not sure whether it is a good idea to watch a scary movie myself alone in a hotel room.
