Leave office @ exactly 9 today. Half the team is still working now to finish the orders. Will have a lot more crazy days coming. They better be ready.

New shop for a few months now after the Italian supermarket. Wonder whether they have real business.
Friday team meeting
While I am preparing for the friday company meeting, the AMR Club members are setting up the karoke system. Work hard, play hard, that’s the type I like.
Still before 9
After spending much effort on developing the people, I now have pretty good idea who will be the core team members and who will be out. Better spend time to speed up the good ones than waste time on pushing the under perform group. No matter what businesses I am in, the core team will be able to contribute.

The picture will not be the same in 30 mins. Need to wait an hour for 2 mins service.

Need to handle the money transfer this morning. Dont want to spend an hour here, either come at 9 or during the weekend.
Cop in rush
The cop is flashing the lights, however, not sure whether he is rushing to the scene or going home for dinner.
