Feel like Costa today
Have a ham & cheese sandwich with a cup of latte. Will spend most of the afternoon to work on the song database, it will take a lot time to get this done.

Too tough to get a cab
Walked 2 miles to get a cab. God, should have taken the subway.

Used to come here a lot. Only recognize a couple of people here now.

Less busy here. Business was better a few years ago when the office was here.

Walked pass the malls today and saw CNY decor everywhere. Will even be more in the next 2 weeks.
Human Resources
Always believe that HR is the most important department in a company. Have spent months to work with the team, clean up the bad blood, setup systems and processes, and conduct one on one training sessions. Honestly, I feel very comfortable even though I am not with them most of the time now. And just feel great when seeing how much they have gained and improved. With whatever reasons, some good people may still need to leave. Hate to see that, but that’s how business works, I tell myself.
