Love Greenday, still remember how many times I saw the Basket Case music video on MTV channel when I was in school. Love to play a small section in the gig set, and that’s what I did when we had the Ice Bar parties. Look forward to doing that again.

Lived in Blue Castle when first came to BJ. Lived at the south section with all those tall buildings. Did like the north section more, especially those shorter ones.

We are in March, the last month of the first quarter. Here is the list of stuffs I am doing.
– Bringing in revenue
– Handling support cases
– Training people
– Building the new company culture
– Working on product development
– Negotiating with suppliers
– Coordinating first major order shipment
– Making noise for the new brand
– Talking to new artists
– Brainstorming with the potential co-branded partner
– Posting on Facebook, Twitter, WeiBo
– Chatting with potential new club partner
That’s a lot on the plate. The fun thing is to deliver the positive results on those items at the end. And the best thing is to see people improving and finally lead those tasks by themselves.

I did take many pictures when I used to go out. Guess I need to start doing that more, not a bit more, but a lot more. Still billywithcap, but with #Bewear T-shirts.

Have been thinking how I should handle this trading project in Shenzhen while I am doing another thing here in Beijing. My dad called and told me about this letter from the tax department. Shared my problem with him and he gave me a good idea. Will ask my uncle’s help to sort things out down there. Fingers crossed.

I sent out a message this morning about how I love to have 2 Billy working on different tasks. @nielscn sent me a text and saying that he would like to have 5 Niels instead. I love how he puts it.

It will be great if there’re two Billy available, especially this week. The trading Billy goes down to Shenzhen to check on the project, while the normal Billy stays here to meet the UK guest. Really wish I have someone I can trust helping me down there.
