Reboot the cell and the last picture post did not repeat again. With all the integrations between different apps, it takes a while to find out where the problem is and how to fix it.

Got problem with the cell phone post earlier. Single post was repeated many times. Uploading this and see whether it is working now. Glad that I checked the site when I was back home, otherwise, there will be thousands of post by the morning.
