Better battery life
Charged the phone the whole night and started to use it from 7:30 this morning. Besides going through different apps, had a few phone calls and the longest one was 45 mins. Still got 40% full, I like that.

Battery replacement
Went to the Apple Store to get the battery replaced. Also upgraded to iOS 8 last night. Just like a brand new phone.
