The To-Do list is getting longer and longer. Everyone needs to step up now and deliver some good results. No excuses.

Have spent much time and effort to build up this team, and they have grown a lot. Will have even less time working with them. Need to see whether remote management will work now. They sure will make me to drink a lot tonight, will try not to.

Walked half a mile again this morning. Didn’t enjoy it.

Hate to start a new week with this kind of condition. Hope things will be smooth at the office today. Beginning of a long day.

After a long week with thousands of thing to think and do, I need a day off! Will not leave the apartment and just try not to think any business related stuffs (even though it is not possible).

Watching this documentary on National Geographic. Great show, the man did give us a lot of influences.
