Got three emails this morning but none in the past 2 days. When I was in IT, the whole team was under full alert when a complain call was received. Handling the case is important, but the most critical point is to learn from the case and minimize the same instance in the future. There are so many things we experience everyday, do think about those issues and the experiences will sure help in the future.
Played songs randomly when I was on my way back from the resort. Would like to share a couple but the site is not working well. Still listening to them now using the iDAC.
